These terms govern every order placed with RE'NOIR. By messaging us to order, you agree to them. Read them once — they're short, and they protect you as much as us.
01What RE'NOIR Is
RE'NOIR creates inspired fragrances — original blends crafted to evoke the character and scent family of well-known designer perfumes. Each blend combines a master-grade fragrance oil with carefully selected fragrance materials.
An inspired fragrance is not a counterfeit and not a resale of an original bottle. It is a distinct product, formulated and sold under the RE'NOIR name.
02No Affiliation
RE'NOIR is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Dior, Creed, Azzaro, Parfums Christian Dior, or any other designer house we may reference for scent comparison.
Any reference to a designer name or fragrance is used solely to describe scent character — for example, "in the family of" a well-known release — and is not a claim that our product is manufactured by, or contains, that house's proprietary formula.
03Authenticity & Sourcing
Our blends are made with carefully selected fragrance materials and master-grade fragrance oils. We do not knowingly use counterfeit or diluted stock as an input.
Because RE'NOIR products are blends, not 1:1 reproductions, scent profile, strength, and longevity will differ bottle to bottle and batch to batch. This is expected, not a defect.
04Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed via Instagram DM, WhatsApp, or email. An order is confirmed only once payment is received in full — we do not hold stock against unpaid orders.
Each batch is limited. Confirmed orders are fulfilled in the order payment was received until stock for that batch runs out.
05Production & Delivery
Every bottle is hand-measured, hand-blended, and hand-filled in Sri Lanka after your order is confirmed — RE'NOIR does not hold large pre-made inventory. Please allow reasonable processing time before dispatch; estimated timing will be shared at the point of order.
Delivery is currently within Sri Lanka only. Risk in the parcel passes to the buyer once it is handed to the courier.
06Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because fragrance is a sealed, personal-use product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a bottle has left our hands, except in the following case:
- The bottle arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect from what was ordered.
In that case, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the bottle and packaging, and we will replace it or issue a refund at our discretion.
07Patch Testing & Skin Sensitivity
RE'NOIR blends are concentrated. We recommend a small patch test on skin 24 hours before full use. RE'NOIR is not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or staining of fabric arising from use. If you have known fragrance sensitivities, please consult a physician before use.
08Limited Availability
Each collection is produced in limited batches. Availability, pricing, and scent line-up may change between batches without prior notice. A sold-out scent is not guaranteed to be restocked.
09Intellectual Property
The RE'NOIR name, logo, "Blended To Be Perfect" tagline, and all associated brand visuals are the property of RE'NOIR and may not be reproduced, copied, or used commercially without written permission.
10Limitation of Liability
RE'NOIR's total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, including the Consumer Affairs Authority Act. Nothing in these terms limits any right a consumer holds under that Act that cannot lawfully be limited.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the brand grows. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
